Terms of Sale (for local deliveries)
Price lists are effective as of date published. All prices remain subject to change without notice.
Delivery
Delivery charges may be added to certain delivery areas.
When delivered on one of our trucks, any errors, damage or shortage should be noted on driver's receipt at time of delivery. Claims must be reported within five working days.
When delivered by a common carrier, all claims are the responsibility of the consignee and should be reported to the freight carrier immediately.
Return Policy
Products may not be returned without prior authorization.
Please contact us with the invoice number and shipping date of items to be returned. Only stock items will be accepted for return. Nonstock and special orders are not returnable.
No material returns after 30 days from invoice date.
Stock items that are less than 30 days old, will be inspected and restocked for a 20% handling charge. Material must be in salable condition.

We will not be held responsible for moisture content or related problems of cabinets or millwork after leaving our shop and before finishing. Care should be taken to avoid storing in damp or excessively dry areas.
